Avoiding Work at Home Pitfalls - Strategy 1
Establish business hours for your family and friends.
Let them know that work time isn’t family or visit time.
Let your family know firmly that you will not run all the family errands just because you now work at home.
When friends and family call you during business hours, explain you can’t chat right now because you’re working on a job and it needs to get done right away.
