Really enjoyed the show - and I am trying hard to incorporate the ideas, think it is working as I am trying to focus more in smaller chunks. Thanks for coming on and giving the listeners some great ideas

Thank you for the shout out - looking forward to speaking to you next week. It has felt like a real honour to be nominated, I don't expect to beat the big shows but the nomination feels like winning in itself.

Thanks for sharing...glad you found the strategies useful.

You pointed out something very important... that in the hours I went back to bed, you use those hours for accomplishing part of your day's agenda.

You identified your "natural peak performance" zone. When you do things when your energy and mental level are high, you'll get more accomplished in that time frame.

I once worked with a women who would mop her floors, clean cupboard etc. before she came to work in the morning.

My peak times are early afternoon and very late evening. I can accomplish/solve/create better during those times.

It's important to identify you own high and low performance times and plan activities accordingly... Flexibility is key and remember to follow what works best for you.
